We’ve changed the email address used for billing system emails. For the time being, all invoices, payment receipts and system correspondences will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. You may need to look in the ‘Spam’ or ‘Trash’ folders for these emails. This change will hopefully decrease the delay experienced when emails are sent out from the system.
Here are a couple of guides for various email providers on how to whitelist an email address. These are third-party websites that may have multiple advertisements. If they’re intrusive, you can search for and install ad-blocking extensions / addons like uBlock Orgin or Adblock Plus. These addons work with Firefox, Chrome and Opera web browsers and may work with others.
