If you’ve not used our online billing system yet, you will need to setup a password to access it. There are a couple of ways you can do this:
- Call us or stop by the office during business hours. We will verify your email address and set your password so that you can login.
- Use the ‘Password Reset’ function for the online billing system. I’ll walk you through how to do that below.
Note: If you do not have an email address on file with us, you will need to call us or stop by the office to give us your email address. You cannot login to the online billing system without one.
Resetting your billing system password
Step #1: Go to the online billing login page
Step #2: Click on ‘Request a Password Reset’:
Step #3: Input your email address (that we have on file), then press ‘Submit’:
Please only press Submit once. There will be a delay until we replace our email provider.
Step #4: – Within 5 minutes, check your email address inbox for a message called ‘Your login details for Mutual Data Services’, and click the link inside that email:
If you do not see the email in your inbox within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
Step #5:Enter your desired password into the fields, then press ‘Save Changes’:
Again, there will be a slight delay here (please do not press ‘Save Changes’ multiple times), but once you receive a confirmation message, you may then login to your account.
